Surface Heterostructure of Aluminum with Carbon Nanotubes Obtained by Laser-Oriented Deposition

چکیده

Al is one of the most widely applicable metallic materials due to its advanced properties. However, main drawback strength, which relatively low compared ferrous alloys. This issue may be resolved using different approaches. In present work, a heterostructure substrate with modified surface carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was studied. obtained laser-oriented deposition technique. The results showed slight reduction in reflectivity embedded CNTs pure Al. Additionally, enhancement microhardness and higher hydrophobicity. Simulation CNT embedding process revealed that penetration strongly depends on diameter. Hence, increases when diameter decreases.
